AI agents for business

Personal and role-based AI agents with API and tool access — for concrete jobs, not a generic chat.

For companies that need a helper with a role: support, operations, draft analysis, internal playbooks — with permissions and logs.

About the service

An AI agent differs from a chatbot by planning steps and calling tools: reading data, creating entities, running actions within granted rights. Chat without tools is dialogue; an agent is an actor with limits.

The service fits when there is a repeatable role or task set you can formalize. If the expectation is “do everything for the employee with no rules,” we define boundaries and HITL first.

We design roles, context, access, logging, and escalation to a human.

Why it works

  • A role instead of a general chat

The agent knows its responsibility zone and does not sprawl across every topic.

  • Tools and APIs

Actions run through controlled integrations — not text-only advice.

  • Human-in-the-loop

Critical steps need human confirmation; everything else speeds up.

What's included

  • Scenario and role

Which job the agent covers, for whom, and with what outcome.

  • Context and data

Which sources are available, how knowledge updates, what must not leave.

  • Tool integration

APIs, internal services, email, tickets — within an allowed action list.

  • Permissions and limits

Access model, bans, and action caps.

  • Logging

Step journal for incident review and quality improvement.

  • HITL and escalation

When the agent must ask a human, and how handoff looks.

What you get

  • A working AI agent for the agreed role
  • Tools/API set with limited permissions
  • Access policies and logging
  • HITL scenarios
  • Operator and owner guide

How we work

  1. 01

    Role and boundaries

Lock the job, success criteria, bans, and data.

  2. 02

    Agent prototype

Minimal loop with tools, validated on real examples.

  3. 03

    Tighten control

    Permissions, logs, HITL, error handling.

  4. 04

    Rollout

    Connect users and acceptance criteria.

Technologies

  • LLM + tool calling

    Planning and action calls

  • API integrations

    Links to business systems

  • Auth scopes

    Limit agent permissions

  • Observability

    Step and error logs

Pricing and timeline

A precise estimate depends on scope and constraints. Below are the factors that drive cost; I do not publish fixed prices without discussing the task.

  • Number of roles and scenarios
  • Tool and API complexity
  • Data security requirements
  • HITL and audit depth
  • Whether multi-channel is needed (web, Slack, email)

FAQ

How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers in text. An agent can take actions through tools within permissions and the role scenario.

Can you build an “agent for everything”?

Narrow roles work better. A universal agent is harder to control and fails more often.

How do you stop the agent from deleting things?

Through scopes: only allowed operations, confirmation on dangerous actions, and logging.

Do we need our own LLM?

Not necessarily. A provider API with a data policy is often enough. Self-host is a separate discussion.

Any example scenarios?

Typical ones: inbound triage, regulated draft prep, status collection from systems, ticket routing. Specifics come from your role.

Shall we discuss your project?

Tell me about the task. I will review the requirements and suggest a suitable approach.
